This full-time role involves moving regulated medical waste, heavy lifting, and coordinating with teammates to keep transports on schedule. The job is on-site at our Richmond facility with standard 40-hour weeks and benefits from day one.

Candidate must be reliable, punctual, and capable of consistent performance in a fast-paced environment. Overtime opportunities are available as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in labor-intensive or warehouse environments.
• Able to lift 50–75 lb repeatedly.
• Stable work history and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers.
• Repeatedly lift 50-75 lb containers throughout your shift.
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste using our Weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure transports are ready on schedule.
