Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a NON CDL driver to operate a 26 ft box truck in the Shakopee, MN area, collecting sharps and medical waste containers and delivering high-level customer service. The role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, with $1,000 after 30 days and $2,000 after 90 days, plus full-time benefits and steady hours.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, route adherence, loading/unloading, and maintaining DOT logging.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience in moving medical waste in box trucks.
• Valid DOT medical card and knowledge of DOT compliance.
• Maintains clean driving record and punctual deliveries.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform loading/unloading as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing medical waste containers at customer sites.
• Provide strong customer service and build positive relationships.
• Operate 26 ft box trucks safely and on schedule.
• Complete deliveries within time windows and communicate changes.
• Load/unload and organize the truck per schedule.
• Follow DOT regulations and document driving hours and inspections.
• Heavy lifting as required.
