Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a customer-focused non-CDL driver to operate a 26-foot box truck in the Shakopee, MN area, collecting sharps and medical waste from healthcare locations and delivering safe, reliable service daily.

This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule with early start times, a set rate of $27.00 per hour, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments. A clean driving record and DOT medical card are required to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience with a 26 ft box truck.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Clean driving record and safety mindset.
• Experience with DOT logging hours and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Safely collect and deliver medical waste containers.
• Provide strong customer service and build relationships.
• Operate a 26 ft box truck safely.
• Meet delivery schedules and communicate changes.
• Load and unload and organize the truck per schedule.
• Manage route per leadership and ensure timely service.
• Comply with DOT regulations and logging hours.
• Heavy lifting.
