Job summary

USOC Medical in Irvine, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support shipping and receiving operations. You will manage incoming/outgoing medical equipment, maintain precise inventory records, verify documentation, and prepare shipments in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and strong organizational skills, with a focus on documentation control, ISO 9001 compliance, and teamwork in a line-oriented warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including email, written communication, and Excel knowledge.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, CRM, or ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic data entry for material movement, including daily reports, transfer requests, pre-alert entries, customer web entries, and related documentation
• Maintain accurate records of material transactions, inventory activity, and warehouse documentation
• Complete filing and organization of material documents and records
• Record and track movement of materials using order request forms, transfer sheets, and warehouse systems
• Receive, inspect, and verify quantities of incoming materials and equipment
• Verify serial numbers and documentation to ensure accurate tracking of customer equipment
• Prepare equipment and materials for shipment, including proper packaging and labeling to prevent damage during transportation
• Assist with warehouse organization, including cleaning, sweeping, and maintaining a safe working environment
• Support material handlers and other team members with movement and organization of materials
• Maintain inventory levels of shipping materials and supplies
• Follow ISO 9001 and company quality system requirements
• Maintain compliance with documented procedures, standards, and policies
• Perform additional warehouse and administrative duties as assigned
