Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Medical Warehouse Associate in Bloomington, IN to manage end-to-end medical supply chain activities, from receiving to shipping, in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution, negotiate with vendors, and drive process improvements to reduce costs while maintaining compliance and high service levels.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of supply chain experience, healthcare preferred.
  • Experience in receiving, shipping, freight management, and order fulfillment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with data interpretation ability.
  • Proficiency with supply chain management software/tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work fast-paced and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and quick issue resolution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Logistics/Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • 10. A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
