Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Medical Supply Chain Specialist in Indiana for a PRN, Tuesday–Thursday morning shift from 4:30am to 10:00am. The role entails hands-on management of receiving, storing, and distributing medical supplies within a large hospital network, with excellent growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in medical or tech services.
  • Experience in receiving, shipping, freight management, and order fulfillment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
  • Proficiency with SCM software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Admin, or related field preferred.

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure best pricing and delivery schedules.
  • Implement supply chain optimization strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Utilize freight management systems to track shipments and resolve issues.
  • Manage order fulfillment processes, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
  • Comply with all regulatory standards and guidelines related to medical supply chain management.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
  • Handle supply chain issues such as delays in delivery, damage to goods, etc.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Supply Chain Specialist to join our team!
