Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Requires about 1 year of medical clerical experience; hospital or physician office setting preferred.
• Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills; computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist/clerical duties to support department efficiency and facilitate communication.
• Process patient admissions, bed assignments, admissions documents, and charting; print labels and manage records.
• Maintain patient records with admissions, transfers, discharges; ensure charts and forms are accessible.
