ManpowerGroup in Fridley, MN is seeking a Senior Engineering Technician – Extrusions. You will set up, operate, troubleshoot and clean extrusion equipment, support cross-functional teams, and help bring new technology platforms into production across our Fridley and White Bear Lake sites.

Requires a high school diploma, a 2-year technical degree preferred, and at least 5 years in extrusion tech, with tubing extrusion experience.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• 2-year technical degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technician experience.
• Demonstrated tubing extrusion experience.
• Direct experience bringing projects to commercialization.
• Experience with a medical multi-lumen extrusion preferred.
• Ability to travel between Fridley, MN and White Bear Lake, MN sites.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced support for engineering projects.
• Set up, run, and adjust extrusion equipment per standards.
• Perform quality checks and document production.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and meet quality targets.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Create draft manufacturing documents and setup sheets.
• Support transitioning projects into production and training.
• Optimize tooling and production processes, implementing controlled changes.
• Provide training based on expertise.
