Job summary

My MediRides in Wesley Chapel is seeking full-time drivers to transport customers to medical appointments, with Monday–Friday daytime shifts. The company provides paid training, a vehicle to use, and a fuel card.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, 5+ years driving experience, be 21+, and pass pre-employment screenings. English fluency, GPS literacy, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver's license.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the location.
• At least 5 years of verifiable driving experience.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening, MVR/background checks and driving test.
• Must not have a physical impairment preventing safe driving or duties.
• Must read, write and converse in English.
• Must use GPS/technology and read maps.
• Ability to lift and pull up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to enter/exit the vehicle and inspect undercarriage.

Responsibilities

• This is a Monday–Friday daytime job.
• Company provides paid in-field training, a vehicle to use, and a fuel card.
• Report moving violations to supervisor immediately.
• Safely transport customers to medical appointments on time while obeying laws and policies.
• Drive vehicles in a safe manner.
• Provide reliable, courteous and respectful customer service.
• Report to pickups at required times and locations to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Report defects or issues to management.
• Perform a vehicle inspection during refueling.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

💵 Pay: $15/hr + Per-Trip Incentive

Responsibilities

• This is a Monday-Friday day time job
• Company will provide paid in field training, vehicle to use when transporting customers, and a fuel card
• It is the responsibility of the employee to report any and all moving violations to his or her supervisor immediately
• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting our customer’s to and from doctor’s appointments, dialysis, physical therapy, pharmacies, or any other medical appointments on time, while adhering to federal, state and local traffic laws, as well as PTI’s policies and procedures
• Driving vehicles in a safe manner
• Provide reliable, courteous and respectful customer service
• Report to pickups at the required need time and location to ensure passengers timely arrival for appointments
• Report any defects, mechanical problems, or missing items to your Manager
• Perform a vehicle inspection while refueling vehicle
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding PTI’s business secrets and customer information
• Abide by all Company policies and procedures
