Baptist Ambulance in Kosciusko, MS is seeking a qualified ambulance driver to deliver scheduled and unscheduled medical transportation, respond to hospitals and nursing facilities, and ensure safe passenger movement from wheelchair or stretcher at the point of care and en route.

You will monitor passengers during transport, complete required documentation, and maintain vehicle readiness and cleanliness in accordance with DOT and company policies.

Competenze

• Must obtain EMT certification within one year of hire.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required at hire.
• Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and maintain fitness for duty.

Mansioni

• Provide scheduled and unscheduled medical transportation to hospitals, nursing homes and other locations.
• Ensure safe passenger movement from/to wheelchair or stretcher and monitor passengers en route.
• Maintain vehicle readiness, cleanliness and complete daily checklists.
• Complete documentation for every response and transport.
