Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Seven-plus (7+) years’ experience in US pharmaceutical industry.
• Five-plus (5+) years US pharmaceutical sales.
• Two (2) years training or relevant experience preferred.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Facilitation experience and strong presentation skills required.
• Experience in ADDIE/Instruction Design preferred.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Ability to travel ~25–75%.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, approve, deliver and evaluate Medical Affairs training curricula.
• Collaborate with Medical stakeholders to ensure materials reflect current scientific data.
• Lead onboarding, ongoing scientific education, and capability development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align training with strategy and compliance standards.
• Provide classroom or virtual training and actionable feedback to field leadership.
• Oversee training vendors when applicable and ensure content regulatory compliance.
