ResponsibilitiesInclude:
·Perform routine and specialized diagnostic testsin chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, microbiology, and immunology
·Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratoryequipment
·Ensure compliance with laboratory safetyprocedures and federal regulations
·Interpret and verify lab results for accuracyand timely reporting
·Collaborate with clinical teams to providequality patient care

Minimum Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology,Clinical Lab Science, or related field
·ASCP certification (or eligible) stronglypreferred
·Current and unrestricted licensure (ifapplicable)
·1–2+ years of recent experience in a hospital orhigh-complexity lab setting
·Prior VA or federal experience highly valued
·Ability to pass background check and federalcredentialing requirements
