Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• 1–2 years of clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Follow standardized laboratory procedures and prepare patient specimens for testing.
• Collect and analyze blood and body fluids for abnormalities.
• Perform blood bank testing and support transfusion services as needed.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation.
• Analyze and verify test results and report critical values.
• Perform automated testing using computerized laboratory equipment.
• Conduct quality control and quality assurance procedures.
• Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Maintain documentation and comply with regulations and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
