Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Related science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
• Licenses & Certifications: Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Science or Technologist in Hematology (H), Chemistry (C), Microbiology (M), Molecular Biology (MB), Blood Bank (BB) by ASCP, AMT, AAB.
• ASCP: American Society for Clinical Pathology; AMT: American Medical Technologists; AAB: American Association of Bioanalysts.
• Five (5) Years of Work Experience in Clinical Laboratory.
• One (1) Year of Supervisory Experience in Clinical Laboratory.
• Writing/Reports

Responsibilities

• Oversee procedure development, quality control, and equipment selection for laboratory operations.
• Provide staff training, technical support and mentorship to the lab team.
• Drive process improvements and maintain readiness for inspections to ensure high-quality diagnostic services.
