Responsibilities

• Guide new hires through NBCUniversal's Sterile Technique workflow during their first 6 weeks.
• Screen referrals for completeness and chase missing records before visits.
• Maintain sterile fields during bedside procedures.
• Recognize and escalate changes in patient status promptly.
• Promote a collaborative, respectful, high-performing clinical culture.
• Coach patients through medical terminology regimens until routine becomes theirs.
