Job summary

Mercy is seeking a qualified MLS/MT professional to perform and interpret analyses on patient specimens using complex laboratory techniques. You will provide critical information to medical staff to aid in diagnosis, working within Mercy Service Standards and mission.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with up to 3 years of clinical laboratory experience as MLS/MT or equivalent, or eligibility for MLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with up to 3 years acceptable clinical laboratory experience as MLS/MT or equivalent, or certification eligible new MLS graduate.
• Current certification as MT/MLS or categorical certification through ASCP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs and interprets analyses on patient specimens using complex laboratory techniques.
• Provides medical staff with information to aid in patient diagnosis.
