Laboratory Technologist / Technician - This well-established, state-of-the-art, bed acute care hospital is looking for a permanent, full-time Med Tech.

Job Description :
  • Performs and demonstrates proficiency and understanding of the clinical laboratory
  • Assists in instructing other personnel as assigned
  • Performs with a perceptive depth of clinical laboratory tests and procedures which require the exercise of independent judgment and responsibility.
Responsibilities :
  • Show competency in performing testing procedures
  • Effectively use laboratory equipment
  • Perform and evaluate Quality Control Program
  • Assist with laboratory training program
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • NCA, ASCP, HEW or AMT certified
  • 1 year of general lab experience or equivalent clinical laboratory training program
  • Acute care experience preferred
