Job summary

Mercy - Rogers is seeking a PRN Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist to join the provider care team. The role involves accurate and timely performance of laboratory tests, evaluating and reporting results, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as part of a World Class Laboratory.

Minimum qualifications include an Associate's degree with MLT/MLS certification (or equivalent) or a Bachelor's degree meeting certification requirements, or completion of a U.S.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree is required.
• Certifications: MLT or MLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire OR Bachelor's degree in a major meeting certification agency requirements OR completion of a 50-week U.S. military medical laboratory training course.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, precise, and timely laboratory tests.
• Evaluate and report test results.
