3. Identify microorganisms using manual and automated methods.
4. Perform antibiotic susceptibility testing.
5. Analyze and report microbiology test results promptly.
6. Recognize and troubleshoot issues or unexpected results.
7. Follow safety protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a chemical, biological, or medical science.
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical microbiology lab or certification by ASCP or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment.
