The Medical Technologist performs laboratory procedures independently, maintains equipment, and ensures quality assurance. Responsibilities include evaluating tests, troubleshooting, participating in new techniques, training staff, and managing projects. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, preferably ASCP certification, and one year of microbiology experience.
