The PRN Medical Technologist performs a variety of complex laboratory procedures used in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Responsibilities include analyzing patient specimens, operating and maintaining laboratory instrumentation, performing quality control procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The Medical Technologist works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely laboratory results that support quality patient care.
Northwest Florida Community Hospital offers a competitive hourly rate based on experience, education, and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available for eligible shift differentials, specialty certifications, and holiday hours worked in accordance with hospital policy.
