Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System in Garfield Heights, OH is seeking a Medical Technologist/MLT/Lab Technician for Marymount Hospital's Laboratory. The role supports patient care by performing tests across levels of complexity, with emphasis on quality control and documentation.

Shift is Days, 6:30am-3:00pm, with opportunity for professional growth within a top-ranked health system. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and CLIA high complexity eligibility;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution.
• Meets CLIA high complexity qualifications grandfathering clause as per CFR Title 42.
• Education outside the United States requires translation and equivalency proof.

Responsibilities

• Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling, testing, reporting and record-keeping.
• Maintain regulatory and quality control knowledge; perform calibrations and maintenance.
• Perform proficiency testing in accordance with CLIA.
• Maintain clear documentation and records.
