• Bachelors Medical Technology, Health Science or related field; MT(ASCP) or MLS certification preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use laboratory information systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing in General Lab, Blood Bank, or Microbiology per approved protocols.
• Maintain equipment, perform quality assurance tasks, and ensure accurate records.
• Supervise and train junior staff as needed and participate in shift hand-offs.
