Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology or related science is required or Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology for Technician candidates.
• ASCP eligible is required or preferred.
• 4+ years of clinical laboratory testing experience.
• Ability to perform procedures in Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and accurate analysis of specimens in the clinical laboratory to support quality patient care.
• Demonstrate good judgment with critical thinking and issue resolution in day-to-day lab operations.
• Follow quality control, quality assurance, and proficiency testing procedures.
