Job summary

Mercy in Kansas seeks a clinical laboratory professional to perform and interpret analysis on patient specimens using advanced techniques. You will support medical staff with results to aid in diagnosis and patient care.

Bachelor's degree required with up to 3 years of MLS/MT experience or eligibility for certification. Current MT/MLS or ASCP-certified categories preferred; join a compassionate team dedicated to innovation and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MLS/MT certification or eligible for certification as a MLS graduate.
• Current MT/MLS or categorical ASCP certification (or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs and interprets analysis on patient specimens using complex laboratory techniques.
• Provides medical staff with information to aid in patient diagnosis.

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience:
a. up to 3 years acceptable clinical laboratory experience as a certified MLS/MT or equivalent or certification eligible new MLS graduate
Certifications: Current certification as MT/MLS or categorical certification, through ASCP or equivalent
