Job summary

Mercy in Perryville, MO is seeking a Medical Technologist II for PRN, rotating shifts. You will perform and interpret analyses on patient specimens using advanced laboratory techniques and contribute to accurate diagnoses.

You will provide timing and quality information to clinical staff, participate in quality control, and collaborate with teammates to maintain Mercy's high standards of care. Bachelor's degree and MT/MLS certification are required, with up to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related field.
• Up to 3 years clinical laboratory experience as MLS/MT or equivalent.
• Current MT/MLS certification or categorical certification (ASCP or equivalent).

Experience: Up to 3 years acceptable clinical laboratory experience as a certified MLS/MT or equivalent or certification eligible new MLS graduate
Certifications: Current certification as MT/MLS or categorical certification, through ASCP or equivalent
