Responsabilidades

• Produces accurate test results according to SOPs.
• Matches patient ID on specimens with documents.
• Prioritizes workload to meet STAT and routine needs.
• Maintains instrument, QC, and preventive maintenance records.
• Performs lab procedures with proper infection control and safety.
• Communicates critical results promptly to supervisor.
• Participates in QA/QI activities within the department.
• Assists in staffing and supports other shifts when needed.
