Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and analyses on specimens.
• Maintain QA/QI documentation and proficiency testing.
• Ensure correct patient/specimen identification.
• Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments and monitor quality control.
• Prioritize workload to meet STAT and turnaround time requirements.
• Assist in training and supervising laboratory staff as needed.
