Responsibilities
- Perform moderate and high complexity laboratory tests with accurate results.
- Adhere to quality control procedures and document findings.
- Conduct instrument checks and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot instrument malfunctions and coordinate with staff.
- Ensure safety and compliance with Laboratory Safety Plan.
- Collect chain-of-custody urine drug screens and perform phlebotomy as needed.
- Collaborate with team to complete shift duties efficiently.
