• Performs moderate and high complexity tests with accurate results and timely reporting.
• Adheres to quality control procedures and completes required documentation.
• Conducts instrument checks and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoots instrument malfunctions and notifies appropriate personnel.
• Complies with safety regulations and uses PPE as required.
• Maintains communication with staff and reports unusual results or QC issues.
• Supports proficiency testing and regulatory data collection.
• Performs phlebotomy duties as needed.
• Ensures shift and department duties are completed efficiently.
