Qualifications

• Curiosity to read and understand docs before asking questions.
• Working knowledge of geriatrics and transferable care skills.
• Resilience with the ability to handle challenging clinical scenarios.
• Clear, concise verbal communication under scrutiny.

Responsibilities

• Cover float assignments across Charleston sites without compromising continuity.
• Handle the reserved caseload for mid-level clinicians.
• Respond to patient needs with compassion and clinical judgment.
• Conduct patient intake, vital signs, and preliminary assessments.
