Job summary

Mercy in Missouri is seeking a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist/MLS for night shift duties. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of clinical laboratory experience, with certification or eligibility for MT/MLS certification.

• Shift: Monday-Thursday Nights (8:00pm-6:30am)

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years experience!
• Bachelor's degree
• Up to 3 years acceptable clinical laboratory experience as a certified MLS/MT or equivalent or certification eligible new MLS graduate
• Current certification as MT/MLS or categorical certification, through ASCP or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Performs and interprets analysis on patient specimens through the use of complex laboratory techniques.
• Provides medical staff with information to aid in patient diagnosis.
