Advocate Health's IL ACL Laboratories Condell is seeking a Medical Technologist for a full-time day shift. You will perform, evaluate and monitor laboratory tests, ensure accuracy, and support instrument maintenance as part of a 40-hour workweek with start times between 5:30 a.m.

and 6:00 a.m., with every other weekend and holiday requirements. Qualifications include ASCP/AMT MT MLS certification within 1 year, a Bachelor's in Clinical Laboratory Sciences (or related field), and excellent

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• ASCP MT or MLS certification within 1 year (ASCP BOC or AMT).

Responsibilities

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests.
• Monitors workflow and adjusts to complete work in a timely manner.
• Evaluates results for clinical significance and validity.
• Performs calibration, maintenance and repair of instruments.
