Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or a related field with MT training
• 1 year of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing
• ASCP certification or equivalent
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment (analyzers, centrifuges, pipettes, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Perform high or moderate complexity testing in patient care
• Analyze, review, and report testing results
• Identify when corrective action is needed and implement solutions
• Work in a fast-paced laboratory with biosafety considerations
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control
