• Stock crash cart and verify expiration dates to ensure readiness.
• Manage caseloads efficiently in a fast-paced Salina clinical environment.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Identify early signs of deterioration and act before escalation.
• Provide wound care from assessment to dressing changes and track healing.
• Uphold infection control standards and safety practices.
