• Maintain quality control policies and procedures
• Document results and report to nursing units or physicians
• Train and orient Medical Technologists and Laboratory Technicians
• Perform phlebotomy duties and communicate procedures to patients
• Provide technical resource to lab staff and assist in instrument maintenance
