Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Medical Technologist.
• Strong understanding of QC/Westgard rules, CLSI validation protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to provide operational and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and customer support for lab instrumentation.
• Assist both in-person and online support in the greater Cleveland area.
• Perform related tasks with some overnight travel.

Skills

Understanding of QC/Westgard rules

Education
