Job summary

Decypher Technologies, Ltd. is seeking a Medical Technologist to perform automated and manual laboratory testing across chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, serology, bacteriology, and immunohematology. The role includes specimen preparation, instrument operation, quality control, and reporting results using the laboratory information system.

Projected start date January 2027 with a $2,000 sign-on bonus after 30 days in good standing. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or NAACLS/ABHES-equivalent program with readiness for certification.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Minimum one year of clinical laboratory experience as a Medical Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Perform automated and manual lab testing across chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, serology, bacteriology, and immunohematology.
• Prepare specimens, calibrate instruments, and ensure quality control and accurate reporting of results.
• Utilize laboratory information systems to enter data and generate reports.
• Maintain compliance with Joint Commission standards and safety protocols.
