Are you an experienced Medical Technologist ready to take the lead? We are currently hiring a Lead Med Tech for a Full Time Permanent Role in Charlotte, NC. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role in a fast-paced clinical lab environment.

Position Type: Full Time Permanent Role

Shift: Days

Pay Rate: $32.00 – $48.00 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Relocation assistance available

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced lab testing on clinical specimens
• Maintain high standards in quality, safety, and compliance
• Troubleshoot lab equipment and testing issues
• Oversee inventory, reagent preparation, and waste reduction
• Communicate across shifts and with leadership
• Assist with regulatory documentation (CAP, TJC, OSHA)
• Participate in team meetings, improvements, and competency evaluations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related field
• ASCP certification required (AMT certification may be considered)
• 2–5 years of experience in a clinical lab setting
• Previous leadership experience required
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
