Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within six months of hire.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Successful completion of Epic training as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unit activity at the nurse’s station.
• Support nurses, providers, patients, and visitors.
• Manage phones, call lights, and communication systems.
• Maintain forms, supplies, and patient education materials.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and EMR tasks.
• Help keep the unit safe, organized, and running smoothly.
