Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• 6 months of Epic experience is required with 6 months within the last 6 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

Required Skills/Experience:Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.

Special Requests:All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission.Assignment length may vary: 20 weeks to provide winter coverage; 13 weeks also accepted at this time.Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.

Shift & Scheduling:Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
