Devine Management Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced RN for an on-site role in Las Cruces, NM. The unit is a 34-bed Medical-Surgical Telemetry with a nurse-to-patient ratio of about 1:5 to 1:6. A $67,000-$85,000 annual salary is offered plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Requirements include an active New Mexico or Compact RN license, an Associate degree in nursing, current BLS, and three years of nursing experience. ACLS and PALS are preferred.

• Active NM license required or Compact license equivalent.
• Current BLS certification.
• Three years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• ACLS and PALS preferred but not required.
