Job summary

Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for PRN shifts in the Medical-Surgical unit. You'll support Registered Nurses with vital signs, mobility, and personal care, helping monitor conditions and assist with care plans in a collaborative nursing team.

Responsibilities include patient preparation, transfers, non-medicated care, maintaining clean and stocked spaces, and aiding infection control.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• CNA certification is required
• New Hampshire LNA license required

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, must commit to work 72 hours per pay period (every two weeks) including 36 weekend hours per 4-week schedule as needed as well as one summer holiday per year and one winter holiday per year as needed

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will be a vital part of our collaborative nursing team, supporting Registered Nurses in providing hands-on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients.You'llassistwith daily needs such as vital signs, mobility, and personal care, while helping RNsmonitorconditions and carry out care plans. Your attention, empathy, and teamwork help restore comfort and dignity for every patient you serve and make our mission to improve lives a reality each day.

Your responsibilities will include:
