Mercy Hospital St. Louis is offering an Earn As You Learn (EAYL) Fall 2026 senior practicum in Medical-Surgical Nursing.

Enrolled RN or LPN students completing their final semester can earn a $2,000 stipend upon successful practicum completion and begin a bedside nursing career with Mercy upon graduation. You'll gain individualized mentorship from experienced Mercy nurses, hands-on clinical practice across Medical-Surgical specialties, and a direct pathway into a Graduate Nurse position within
