Job summary

Limitless Male Medical Clinic is seeking a Medical Support Specialist to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered clinical support, reinforcing patient confidence and supporting clinical accuracy throughout visits. The MSS will collaborate with the care team to ensure a seamless patient experience within licensure scope.

The role requires adaptability and a team-first mindset to support clinic operations and patient needs as they arise, ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Certification in Medication Aide, Phlebotomy, Nursing, or Paramedic per state requirements.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, professional patient interactions.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients to exam rooms and obtain accurate vitals.
• Perform treatments and administer medications as directed by the Provider.
• Assist with procedures including lab work and specialty treatment.
• Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and scheduling support as needed to maintain clinic flow.
• Support front office or administrative tasks when clinic demand requires.
