International SOS Government Medical Services is seeking a remote Scheduling and Administrative Specialist to support Veterans by coordinating appointments, processing referrals, and maintaining accurate records within a nationwide healthcare network. This full-time role operates remotely within 50 miles of Salt Lake City, UT, with standard Mon–Fri hours 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Founded in 1984, International SOS operates in more than 90 countries, delivering healthcare, medical assistance, emergency response, and workforce support services worldwide.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
In this role, you'll provide remote scheduling and administrative support for Veterans receiving care through a coordinated healthcare network. You'll manage appointments and referrals, communicate with Veterans and healthcare providers, maintain accurate records, and help ensure timely access to appropriate services.
This is an administrative and scheduling position and does not involve hands‑on clinical care.
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: Remote within 50 miles of Salt Lake City, UT.
Schedule: Monday–Friday; 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays.
Training and access will be provided for the healthcare scheduling and records systems used in the role.
Health & Welfare (H&W): Up to $5.09 per hour, in accordance with the Service Contract Act (SCA).
