This Medical Support Assistant position will be assigned to the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center located in Shreveport, LA, who will be a member of a clinical team that may consists of a primary care provide, registered nurse care manager, clinical associate and an administrative associate. The position comes under the direct supervision of the Supervisory, Medical Support Assistant (SMSA) and/or the Lead Medical Support Assistant in the absence of a SMSA.
