International SOS Government Medical Services seeks a scheduling/administrative support professional to help Veterans access timely healthcare in Colorado. You will coordinate appointments, handle patient communications, and maintain accurate documentation within the EHR while delivering professional service to Veterans and families.
You will support clinical teams, manage referrals, assist with check-in/check-out, and ensure HIPAA-compliant operations across daily clinic activities.
Support veteran-focused outpatient care where accurate scheduling, responsive patient communication, and coordinated administrative support help Veterans access the healthcare services they need.
At International SOS Government Medical Services, you'll support healthcare programs that improve patient care and operational readiness across the U.S. and internationally. Founded in 1984, International SOS operates in more than 90 countries, delivering healthcare, medical assistance, emergency response, and workforce support services worldwide.
You'll help Veterans access timely healthcare by coordinating appointments, supporting patient communications, maintaining accurate medical documentation, and helping clinical teams manage patient workflows. Working alongside providers and interdisciplinary healthcare teams, you'll manage scheduling activities, assist with referrals, respond to patient inquiries, and help ensure efficient clinic operations while delivering professional customer service to Veterans and their families.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
