International SOS Government Medical Services is seeking a full-time administrative coordinator to support veterans in accessing care. You will coordinate appointments, manage medical records, and assist front-line staff in patient communication and scheduling workflows.
Work with interdisciplinary teams, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding security and confidentiality requirements.
You'll help veterans access care by coordinating appointments, managing medical records, and supporting front-line administrative operations within a structured, veteran-focused healthcare environment. Working alongside interdisciplinary clinical and administrative teams, you'll serve as an important resource for veterans and clinical staff while helping keep scheduling, documentation, patient communication, and administrative workflows accurate and timely.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday with an assigned eight-hour shift: 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m., or 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. The schedule includes a 30-minute lunch period and two 15-minute breaks. No on-call service is required.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity and alignment with geographical market data.
