Specialized Experience:

One year of specialized experience which includes assembling medical instrument trays for sterilization process; ensuring compliance of surgical instrument sets and peel packs with relevant regulations and polices; and/or decontaminating a comprehensive range of reusable medical supplies and/or equipment utilized in surgeries or other medical procedures.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
